These rules may be viewed on the Arizona Secretary of State's web page at www.azsos.gov/public_services/Title_12/12-07.htm. Paper copies may be purchased form the Secretary of State. The OGCC has authority to approve requests for variance or exception to many of the general statewide rules after notice and hearing. Questions about the OGCC, its rules or applications to drill may be directed to Steve Rauzi at (520) 770-3500.
